Why IWJA

Iwja's main purpose is the promotion , the growth and the development of Internet's Jewelry shops. We are commited to:

• Help and assist our members in the setting of their Web Shop.

• Increasing the Internet market share of our members.

• Promoting and increasing the confidence of the public towards e-commerce in general and more specifically towards e-jewelry.

• Propose to our members, trustful and ethically acceptable sources of supply, as we support only companies which adopted the "Kimberley Process"

Unlike other web retailer schemes, IWJA is not designed to be a shopping directory. We vets all sites prior to accreditation and continuously carry out 'checks to see that our members are strictly adhering to the Scheme.

In the event of a consumer purchasing problem, IWJAhas a mediation service, at no cost to the consumer or retailer, which can be referenced via the contact tab.
